Although each of our approaches to therapy is unique, we are joined by a commitment to person-centered and integrative therapy. This means that we see our clients as experts in their own lives, and our role is to act as a guide along the journey.
Pulling from person-centered therapy, we aim to create a non-judgmental, open space for clients to explore, express and create meaningful lives. Building upon that foundation, we use a range of other therapeutic approaches based on the presenting concerns and preferences of our clients. As such, we tailor therapy to meet our clients and honour their innate capacity to heal.
